Abstract

Arms 22 extend from a rack 21 of the framework to support a rim 23 which has a tubular port 24 which is connected with the sack and which can fold back around it as shown for filling or folded and clamped to seal the bag. A drain tube 27 is provided. Both containers have rims 8 for engagement by the vehicle lifting likage.
