Abstract

1,272,596. Cabinets; dispensing articles. ROLLS ROYCE Ltd. Oct.15, 1969 [Oct.22, 1968], No. 50057/68. Headings A4B and A4T. A cabinet 10 comprises a plurality of vertically elongate drawer units 14 disposed side by side in a housing framework 12, each drawer unit 14 having top and bottom walls 24, 26 slidably engaged in upper and lower guides 16, 18, the walls 24, 26 being inter-connected by tubes 28 and by rods arranged in sets to facilitate vertical stacking of rectangular containers 38. The rods may be circular, U-shaped or Z-shaped in cross-section. The sides of each drawer are closed by transparent plastics covers having access apertures through which containers 38 may be removed from the bottoms of stacks on both sides of the drawer.
