Abstract
1,270,753. Adjusting vehicle headlamps. PROJECTEURS CIBIE. 26 March, 1970 [28 March, 1969], No. 14685/70. Addition to 1,171,936. Heading F4R. [Also in Division F1] An hydraulic control arrangement according to the parent Specification for tilting the headlamps of a motor vehicle in response to variations in the inclination of the vehicle body includes a first temperature compensation chamber 20 connected to the transmitter 1 and extending parallel to the integrator circuit 2 and to the control circuit 4 and a second temperature compensation chamber 30 connected to the control device 7 of the headlamp P2 and extending parallel to the circuit 6 which connects the control device 7 to the actuator 5 of the headlamp P1. Each chamber consists of an external plastics tube 21, made preferably of polyamide, containing a metal tube 22, made preferably of copper or annealed aluminium, the space between the tubes being filled with hydraulic fluid.
