Abstract

The lamp (1) is connected to the vehicle body (2) by blanking piece (3) and base (4). There is a hydraulic circuit (16) which feeds the control pressure to vary the alignment of the lamp and a thermal compensator (5) with a variable volume chamber (6). The movement of moving element (9) is a function of clearance between the axle and the body. This element (9) acts on the lower part (1a) of the projector through plate (11) which pivots about the base (4). The chamber (6) is filled with fluid whose volume and coefficient of expansion is the same as that in chamber (7) and pivots the plate (11) at its upper part.
