Securing pulleys &c. on shafts.-Belt pulleys and the like are secured on shafts by the intermediary of bushes consisting of end rings 1 either split or formed in segments and connected together by two or more bars 2 of such dimensions as to allow relative movement of the end rings, which are pressed into frictional driving-engagement with the shaft. The bars 2 are clear of the inner surface of the pulley.
