Abstract

1,247,078. Photographic silver halide developers. RCA. CORPORATION. Sept.5, 1969 [Sept.13, 1968], No.43992/69. Heading G2C. A photographic silver halide developer contains a silver halide developing agent and a silver oxidizer, e.g. potassium ferricyanide, potassium oxalate, sodium arsenate, ferrous sulphate or hydroxylamine sulphate, which bleaches silver metal to a silver salt. The developer provides sharp images without fog for the production of photo-masks for photo-lithography by bleaching silver fog caused by scattered light.
