Abstract

1,244,248. Two-part couplings. BUNKER RAMO CORP. 16 Sept., 1969 [23 Dec., 1968], No. 45504/69. Heading H2E. A pin contact has a pair of contact arms 20, of cantilever form, with outward ends 22 overlapping to form together a pointed end but so shaped as not to impede the inward movement of the arms when the pin is inserted in a socket. The pin may be rolled from a flat stamping with a parting line 18, and a plurality of contacts may be included in a plug for mating with complementary contacts in a socket.
