[Also in Division B2] An electric insulating tape comprises a carrier foil of terephthalic acid polyester provided on both sides with a coating of a cold or hot hardening silicone rubber, at least one of the rubber coatings being provided with a coating of foil mica. The silicone rubber may be non-adhesive or self-adhesive under the action of pressure and/or heat.
