Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve properties of radiation hardening as well as flexibility and pliability by applying a thermoplastic condensation type polyimide adhesive on an insulating tape hardened to radiation, mating two of the tapes from both sides of a conductor placed parallel to the tapes, and heat-bonding them together. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic condensation type polyimide adhesive layer 3 is coated or applied over an insulation tape 4 with its one or both sides made of an insulation material having hardened against radiation to form an insulation tape 5 provided with an adhesive layer. A line of conductor 1 consisting of a multiplicity of flat-shaped conductor cables is sandwiched between two of the tapes 5 and they are heat-bonded together. This makes it possible to improve flexibility and pliability in an environment under radiation.
