The subject matter of this Specification is similar to that in Specification 1,239,895 but the Claims are directed to the push fit of the rod 3 in the carrier and base-plates 1, 2, 4. The rod may be milled or knurled, pressed or shrunk into the plate apertures. The two magnets 7, 8 may be of the same or different materials, or one magnet may be omitted and the corresponding carrier plate made of ferromagnetic material.
