1,239,461. Prefabricated buildings; methods of erection. D. W. JOHNSON. 5 July, 1968 [5 July, 1967], No. 32283/68. Headings E1A and E1S. A prefabricated building is constructed from panels A, B which are hinged together so that the walls B will depend from the roof panel A when the latter is lifted by its lugs F and then lowered on a prepared foundation. The panels may be made of re-inforced concrete, metal, laminates, wood or plastics and have the hinges embedded therein. For numerous hinge joints incorporating weather and cushion seals therein the Specification and remaining drawings (not shown), should be referred to. A series of such units may be erected side by side and in superimposed relationship, see Fig. 15 (not shown).
