Abstract

PURPOSE: To utilize an underground space of a private road by providing an under building below the ground surface of the road.
CONSTITUTION: An underground building 5 is set up in an entire space below the ground surface of a private road 3 and an entrance is provided at the inner most portion of the road. The building can be used for common purpose as a whole or for private purpose by partitioning the inside thereof. The underground building is mainly composed of a square steel panel, a 2-side steel panel 22 with two square panels connected together at the right angle, and a 3-side steel panel 23 with three square steel panels connected together at the right angle therebetween. A connecting flange 24 is provided surrounding individual steel panels 21, 22 and 23, which then are assembled together with a waterproofing material interposed between the flanges. This enhances the utilization rate of a costly estate and reduces the term of works while ensuring a safe working.
