Classes 20(1), 20(4) and 87(1) A building comprises members of angle section disposed such that horizontal members 1, 2 are interconnected by vertical members 3, 4 to form a shell which is then closed with preformed concrete wall.panels 5 each of slab form. T-shaped frame members 3 are formed by two angle sections arranged so that one cheek 3a of each will lie at the back of the related wall panel whilst the other cheek 3b extends in an outward direction. The panels 5 which may be grooved to receive a weather excluding sealing compound are placed in the recesses so formed and are anchored by bolts or by clips 12 which engage holes 14 in the frame members. The corners of the panels may be cut away to allow for bolts joining adjacent angle section members and the endmost panels may be cut away to form a half joint with another panel at a corner of the building.
