Abstract

1,223,168. Fork lift assemblies. SVERRE MUNCK A.S. 11 Oct., 1968 [12 Oct., 1967], No. 48436/68. Heading B8H. The fork 2 of a lift truck or stacker crane is connected by parallel links 5, 6 to a member 7 which is movable vertically in guides 10 on the lifting carriage. The fork is movable between the positions shown by means of an arm 8 which is pivoted between the lifting carriage and the link 6 and which is rotatable by a motor 9 and chain drive. The fork is provided with arms 2, 3 and is rotatable on a support 4 so as to be capable of facing to the left or to the right.
