Valve-gear.-The engine described in the parent Specification is modified by replacing the twin coaxial cylinders with a single double-acting cylinder. The inlet and exhaust valves 5, 6 in the upper end of the cylinder 1 and the horizontal iulet and exhaust valves 3, 4 in the lower end are actuated from a single cam-shaft 7.
