Abstract

[Also in Division A4] A hair drying device, to be supplied with air from an air blower, comprises a brush or comb member 2 with one end of an openended tubular handle 1 secured co-axially to its body 3 by radial struts 4, the other end of the handle being connected when in usewith the air blower (not shown), the rear portion 5 of the body is aerodynamically shaped so that air discharged from the adjacent open end of the handle is directed parallel to and along the surface of the body. The struts my be integral with the handle or alternatively may be replaced by bars or ribs, parallel with the body, which are push-fitted into the open end of the handle.
