Joist floors with block or slab filling; reinforced-concrete beams.-In a reinforced-concrete floor formed of precast beams and floor and ceiling slabs, the beams are formed with lower inclined wings to support the ceiling slebs a and with grouting grooves b into which the slab reinforcements, if used, may project and be embedded in the grouting c. The upper surfaces of the beams are formed as undercut shoulder, and the floor slabs are grouted in position as for the ceiling slabs. For permanent floors, the grouting is cement or coucrete, and for temporary floors plaster is used as grouting.
