118,618. Buess, T., and Gutzwiller, H. Aug. 6, 1917, [Convention date]. Drawings to Specification. Commutator switching - arrangements; frequency, changing.-A single-phase current is converted into a three-phase current of one-third the fundamental frequency by means of a synchronously-driven commutator switch. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes arrangements by which the three-phase circuit is supplied direct or through a choke-coil or a transformer. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 11542/04.
