Abstract
1,183,926. Electromagnet. ROBERT BOSCH G.m.b.H. 7 June, 1967 [29 July, 1966], No. 26257/67. Heading H1P. A magnetizable casing 10 is closed by a plastics lid 11 and contains oil. A plastics holder 13 having a coil 14 wound around it, surrounds a cylindrical iron core 12. Movement of the armature 19 and the operating bolt 20 forces oil from chamber 16 to chamber 17 via spaces 22 and 23 and holes 21 in the magnetizable ring plate 15. Since the spaces 22 and 23 are much greater than space 24 there is little attenuation of the armature movements and short switch periods result.
