1,173,665. Elevated floors. M. A. HARVEY. 23 April, 1968 [23 Jan., 1967], No. 3321/67. Heading E1W. Elevated flooring panels 2 are supported by T-beams 1 having webs with slots near their ends for engagement over the open upper ends of tubular props 8. The flanges of the T-beams may be mitred so that the adjacent beams may extend in contiguous relation over the props. A sealing strip 13 may' be fitted over each beam. One or more adjusting bolts may be screwed through the base of each prop to engage the sub floor to adjust the prop towards a vertical position.
