Abstract

552,692. Building blocks. GRAVETT, W. H. Nov. 12, 1941, No. 14572. [Class 87 (i)] A building block 1 has a sloping front face 7 terminating at the bottom in an overhanging weather excluding lip 6 and has recesses 2, 4 along the ends and top enabling adjacent blocks and courses to be interlocked by means of blocks 3 engaging the vertical recesses 2 and extending down into the recesses 4. Grooves 12 are provided for nails and other anchorage devices for the internal structure of the building.
