A gutter for a stable is accommodated in a ditch and comprises gutter channels 1, wall members 5 adapted to fit into grooves 4 in the channels, bracing beams 7 having grooves 9 in which the upper surfaces 17 of the wall members engage, and grid beams 8 adapted to be positioned between the beams 7. Lateral movement of the beams 8 is prevented by stops on their undersides, which engage the upper edges 22 of the wall sections. The wall members may be shaped to engage sloping gutter channels whilst the tops of the members remain in a horizontal plane.
