116,608. Centrum Syndicate, and Tacchi, P. G. Aug. 17, 1917. Valve-gear.-In a two-stroke-cycle rotating- cylinder engine having a stationary cam track F, a pair of oppositely-moving pistons reciprocates in a cylinder B and compresses combustible mixture in the ends of the cylinder and in an outer casing E having a mechanically actuated inlet valve at h<3>. A supplementary cam track, (not shown), holds the piston in contact with the driving-cam which has concentric portions at f<1> and portions f<3>, f<4> which are each struck from a different radius. Combustible mixture is admitted to the cylinder from the pump space either through automatic valves, or through valves G actuated by the main cam. Terminal exhaust ports in the cylinders coincide, at intervals, with ports e in the stationary casing E.
