Abstract

1,163,493. Anti Rh gamma glubulin. ORTHO PHARMACEUTICAL CORP. 31 May, 1967 [3 June, 1966], No. 25107/67. Heading A5B. Anti Rh gamma globulin is obtained from human serum by fractional precipitation with methanol at increasing ionic strengths according to the following flow diagram: The product may be administered by intramucsular injection to mothers within 72 hours of parturition to prevent production of antibodies which may cause erythroblastosis fetalis in a succeeding pregnancy.
