Abstract

[Also in Division C3] Flexible sheeting from a composition (see Division C3) comprising 20-60% by weight of a petroleum bitumen having an R + B softening point of 100-200‹ C., 10-40% by weight of a rubber, e.g. styrene-butadiene rubber, polychloroprene, an isobutylene-isoprene copolymer or a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile, a vulcanizing agent, and optionally a filler is used to form a laminate comprising upper and lower layers of said sheeting separated by foamed polyurethane material as a core. To ensure rigidity, honeycomb sheet material can be incorporated in the core.
