[Also in Division C7] A temperature transducer comprises a glass plate 1 Fig.1 with aluminium or gold electrodes 2, 3, formed by vapour deposition, where insulation resistance is measured, preferably with A.C., to indicate the temperature. The device is used to determine the correct instant at which to start depositing thin layers on similar glass bases to obtain optimum adhesion.
