In a fluid-pressure actuated bellows pump part of the actuating fluid may be passed to accumulator means to vary the stroke of the bellows. As shown the means comprises a spring or gas pressure loaded piston 70 the displacement of which is limited by a variable stop 67. In a modification the piston is replaced by a gas pressure loaded diaphragm.
