1,137,690. Reciprocating pumps. BRITISH MOTOR CORP. Ltd. Oct. 17, 1967 [Oct. 27, 1966], No.48215/66. Heading F1A. [Also in Division B2] A single acting reciprocating pump comprises a ram 14 which forces jointing compound from a chamber 7 past a one way spring valve 9. On the reverse stroke the compound is fed by external pressure through a pipe 6 to the chamber 7. The plunger 11 is operated by a double acting air cylinder 23.
