Abstract

1,131,346. Gripping earth ends. TRISAL CLIPS PTY. Ltd. 12 April, 1967, No. 16750/67. Heading B8B. [Also in Divisions D1 and E2] A cable clip comprises a rigid block 1, a first open-sided undercut groove 2 in said block, said groove having an integral stop 3 adapted to hold a stopper on the end portion of a cable threaded partly within said groove, and a second open-sided under-cut groove 6 in said block running in substantially the same direction as said first groove, said second groove being adapted to bind a re-entrant part of said cable when the cable is formed into a loop with the re-entrant part in said second groove. The outer ends of said second groove, and also the end of said first groove adjacent to the stop have respective flared mouth integral with the block.
