Portable-track wheels.-Endless tracks of motor-vehicles are adapted for use on made roads by the attachment of treads 9 of wood, vulcanized fibre, rubber, or other relatively soft or resilient material to the track shoes 1. The treads are carried on base-plates. 7 which may be adapted to fit within the usual transverse grooves of the shoes, and are secured thereto by hooking, bolts, or other means.
