Abstract

1,116,683. Duplicating machines. A. B. DICK CO. 17 June, 1965 [24 July, 1964], No. 56938/67. Divided out of 1,116,681. Headings B6B, B6C and B6H. In a lithographic offset duplicator stepwise movement of a control member in one direction from a neutral position causes inking of the master sheet, transfer of the image to the blanket cylinder and the application of damping fluid, and stepwise movement of the member in the reverse direction causes first the ejection of the master sheet from the machine and then the removal of the image from the blanket cylinder by washing. The apparatus is included in the machine described in Specification 1,116,681. Specifications 1,116,684 and 1,116,685 also are referred to.
