In the embodiment shown, the cylinder blocks 42, 57, mounted in an angularly adjustable yoke 37, are rotated in fixed speed relation, the helical teeth 56 engaging helical teeth 32. In a further embodiment, Fig. 1 (not shown), peripheral teeth (11) on the drive flange (12) are engaged by the teeth (15) of a drive gear (5). The teeth may be engaged for drive by a chain.
