1,100,456. Photo-sensitive materials and processes. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORPORATION. May 10, 1965 [June 8, 1964], No. 19559/65. Heading G2C. A diazotype material comprises a support coated with a layer containing a 4-diazo-N-ethyl- N-benzyl aniline salt and a 4-N-morpholino-2, 5- diethoxybenzene salt. On imagewise exposure and development with ammonia or a primary or secondary amine, a coloured image is produced. A stabilizer such as citric, boric or oxalic acid may be present in the layer.
