1,088,691. Reservoir brushes. HENRY E. KARKUT, Inc. May 14, 1965, No. 20435/65. Heading A4K. A reservoir paint brush comprises a brush head 128 and a handle portion 126, the head containing a flexible apertured reservoir 132 connected by a flexible conduit 60 to a source of paint. The reservoir 132 is in the form of a flat flexible bladder and the brush handle contains a pump 156 having a piston sleeve 162 reciprocable in a conduit 164, the piston containing a flap valve 166 so that as the piston is actuated by means of levers 176, 186 having a roller 180 engaging an actuator lever 170 and another roller 188 engaging an arm 173 connected to the piston sleeve, paint is pumped into the reservoir from a suitable supply source.
