1,074,579. Photographic materials for the dye developer transfer process. EASTMAN KODAK CO. June 29, 1964 [June 27., 1963], No. 26883/64. Heading G2C. A multilayer material for producing colour prints by the dye developer transfer process comprises at least one silver halide emulsion layer e.g. the blue-sensitive layer comprising at least one mole per cent more iodide as a solid solution of silver iodide in silver bromide or silver chloride or as a solid solution of silver iodide, chloride and bromide than the content of silver iodide in another of the emulsion layers in moles per cent based on the total number of moles of silver halide in that other layer. Such mixed silver halide produces desirable interimage effects.
