Abstract

1,069,136. Crank-case ventilating. JOHNSON PRODUCTS, Inc. Dec. 8, 1964 [Jan. 22, 1964], No. 49916/64. Heading F1B. In an engine having a crank-case ventilating system as described in Specification 1, 034, 731, the crank-case is provided with a vacuum relief valve 48 which opens at a predetermined suction in the crank-case. The valve 48 is a spring- loaded check valve incorporated in an oil filler cap 30. An oil separator baffle (72) Fig. 4 (not shown) is provided in the crank-case adjacent the connection of the crank-case ventilating pipe (68). Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1, 034, 731.
