Abstract

104,582. Douglas, W., (trading as Douglas Bros.). April 29, 1916. Spring devices.-Relates to pivot joints for use more particularly on motorcycle spring frames. The tubular member A is pivoted to a block D, secured upon the tubular member B, by means of a fork C, embracing the block, and a pin E which is coned under the head to engage a coned eye in one side of the fork and screwed at the end to engage a tapped hole in the other side of the fork. A nut is screwed upon the extremity of the pin. The stand H may be pivoted on a bolt G passing through the member A.
