Abstract

1,044,814. Continuous stationery. D. T. TOWNSEND (Moore Business Forms Inc.). Dec. 20, 1963, No. 50514/63. Heading B6A. A continuous web of side-by-side tabulating cards 12, 14 is provided with connecting strips 20 between each pair of cards and marginal strips 16, 18 having pin-feed apertures 25, the pairs of cards being delineated by slits and interspersed apertures 22 and completely separated from each other by a continuous slit 40. Said apertures 22 are spaced to one side of the slits as illustrated. The cards have triangular portions 26 cut-away. Slits 24 are provided at spaced intervals along the marginal strips to facilitate folding of the web into a zig-zag pack. In a modification, the slit 40 continues throughout the length of the web, two separate webs being formed in this case which are butted together and adjoining connecting strips secured to each other by adhesive tabs 84, Fig. 2 (not shown).
