Transformers.-The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes a transformer consisting of a short piece of cable a placed symmetrically within an annular core h, the secondarv of which is connected to an ammeter k to indicate when balance in a three-phase system is disturbed bv an earth connexion. The conductors b, c, d of the cable are separated and led to insulated terminals e, f on a metal frame g. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
