Abstract

1,020,663. Combined seats and tables. E. W. CARDY. Jan. 18, 1965 [Jan. 31, 1964], No. 4278/64. Headings A4B and A4H. A combined bench seat and table assembly has a table top 1 and benches 3, 4 hinged to a wall or other vertical structure and the free ends are supported by a leg structure comprising a metal rod pivoted to the top and benches and having parallel leg parts 12, 13 so the parts fold flat against the wall when not in use. In a modification a strut is pivoted to the top 1 and detachably connected to the leg structure and in other free standing modifications leg structures at each end fold either inwards towards one another or in the same direction.
