A folding table leg assembly includes a metal plate 1 screwed to the undersurface of a table 3 and provided with opposed depending apertured lugs 5 and a third lug 6, and a leg 4 comprising three metal rods 8, 8, 9 welded together at their lower ends and provided with a rubber ferrule 11, each being bent at the upper end so that rods 8 pivot in the apertures in lugs 5 and rod 9 engages the aperture in lug 6 in the erect position but is disengaged from the lug and engages an aperture 7 in plate 1 when the leg is folded to lie parallel to the undersurface of the table.
