Abstract

101,849. Barker, J. H. June 22, 1916. Saws.-Teeth are cut on hack-saw blades by means of a chisel, either by hand or in a file-cutting machine. A number of blanks are clamped in a recess c<1> in a holder b in two parts divided longitudinally obliquely to the saws and held together by screws and dowels. The holder is arranged obliquely relatively to the chised, and the teeth are undercut as shown in Fig. 3.
