Abstract
1,013,112. Induction generators. LICENTIA PATENT VERWALTUNGS-G.m.b.H. July 6, 1962 [July 12, 1961], No. 26067/62. Heading H2A. An induction generator 3 driven at constant speed by engine 1 is caused to deliver variable frequency to motors 6 by exciting its rotor with controllable frequency from a frequencychanger 4 fed from an auxiliary machine 5 of higher frequency. The auxiliary generator is mounted on the same shaft as the main machine and the converter may also be carried on the rotor.
