Abstract

1,003,487. Clips. A. RAYMOND. March 29, 1963, No. 12637/63. Heading E2B. A fastener comprises a strip of resilient material bent to U-shape so as to have two limbs joined by a web, there being provided on one limb two prongs A, B similarly directed to a single prong C only on the other limb, each prong on the one limb being laterally off-set in relation to the similarly directed prong on the other limb. As shown, the fastener is used to secure a beading or strip 3 over an edge 2 of a support. In another arrangement, Figs. 5-7 (not shown), the fastener is additionally provided with outwardly directed prongs.
