Abstract

1,001,420. Sliding shelves. ELECTROLUX Ltd. Dec. 21, 1961 [Jan. 19, 1961], No. 45761/61. Heading A4B. A sliding shelf comprises a frame 10, 11, 12 with a grating 13 and brackets 17, e.g. of nylon, attached to two parallel frame sides 11 to be slideable on two parallel rails 23 mounted in a refrigeration cabinet. The brackets 17 include a spring tab 19 and a groove 18 for engaging the frame parts 11 and include a hole 20 to receive a pin carried by the frame 11. The side rail 23, which extends slidably through a bore 22 in the bracket 17, is received and supported on front and rear wall fixtures 29, 24, a stop 28 being provided on the rail 23 to limit rearward movement of the shelf.
