Abstract
1,000,983. Electrophotographic materials. COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA. Oct. 6, 1961 [Oct. 7, 1960], No. 36104/61. Drawings to Specification. Heading H1K. [Also in Division G2] A photoconductive layer containing a photoconductor in a resinous binder is heated to partially cure the resin. Specified resins are alkyd resins which may be admixed with cobalt and lead naphthenate as cross-linking agents, silicone resins and polystyrene admixed with styrene monomer. Partial curing is obtained by heating for an hour between 140 and 200 F. Zinc oxide is the specified photoconductor and the partially cured layer is used in xerographic processes.
