Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d’obtention d’un dialkylphtalate et un plastique PVC cible réutilisable à partir d’une charge de PVC contenant au moins un phtalate, comportant :a) une extraction solide-liquide de la charge de PVC sous forme de particules par mise en contact desdites particules de la charge de PVC avec un solvant comportant une molécule chimique de type ester, éther, cétal ou acétal, de formule brute (CnH2n+1O)mZ, n < 4 ou n > 8, m compris entre 1 et 3, Z (R, COOR, CO,CR, CNRR’, PO, P, SO, SO2,NO, NO2, O, COR, CRR’CRH, ou HCO, avec R et R’ groupes alkyle, ou aryle), produisant une phase liquide enrichie en ledit phtalate et une phase solide comportant du plastique PVC appauvri en ledit phtalate ;b) la transformation dudit phtalate de ladite phase liquide en dialkylphtalate de formule C6H4(COOCnH2n+1)2 par transestérification au moyen dudit solvant ;c) une séparation solide-liquide entre la phase solide et la phase liquide produisant au moins un flux solide comportant le plastique PVC appauvri en ledit phtalate afin d’obtenir ledit plastique PVC cible ;d) une séparation liquide-liquide de la phase liquide, produisant au moins un premier effluent liquide comportant ledit dialkylphtalate et un deuxième effluent liquide comprenant ledit solvant.
