Abstract
método para extracção e transformação por transesterificação de ftalatos contidos em materiais plásticos de pvc. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de obtenção de um ftalato de dialquila e de um plástico de pvc reutilizável a partir de uma matéria-prima de pvc contendo pelo menos um ftalato, incluindo a) extração sólido-líquido da matéria-prima de pvc sob a forma de partículas, colocando as referidas partículas da matéria-prima de pvc em contato com um solvente incluindo uma molécula química do tipo éster, éter, cetal ou acetal, de fórmula empírica (cnh2n+1o)mz, n < 4 ou n > 8, m entre 1 e 3, z (r, coor, co, cr, cnrr', po, p, so, so2, cor e hco, sendo r e r' grupos alquila ou arilo), para produzir uma fase líquida enriquecida no referido ftalato e uma fase sólida incluindo plástico pvc empobrecido no referido ftalato; b) transformar referido ftalato da fase líquida em ftalato de dialquila de fórmula c6h4(coocnh2n+1)2 por transesterificação com referido solvente; c) separar sólido-líquido entre a fase sólida e a fase líquida para produzir pelo menos uma corrente sólida que inclua o plástico pvc empobrecido no referido ftalato, de modo a obter o referido plástico pvc alvo; d) separar líquido-líquido da fase líquida, para produzir pelo menos um primeiro efluente líquido incluindo referido ftalato de dialquila e um segundo efluente líquido incluindo o referido solvente.
