Abstract

L’invention concerne un outil de presse à emboutir (1) pour former un flan de tôle (2) comportant une matrice (5), présentant une première (7) et une deuxième (8) parties mobiles l’une par rapport à l’autre, un poinçon (4) et une mâchoire (10) partiellement formée par la première partie (7), celle-ci étant conçue pour maintenir durant une première phase du procédé d’emboutissage un bord latéral (11) du flan de tôle (2). Des premiers moyens de support (14) rétractables sont conçus pour, durant la première phase, soutenir une première zone centrale (15) du flan de tôle (2) et pour enserrer la première zone centrale (15) avec la première partie (7), et des seconds moyens de support (18) conçus pour soutenir une deuxième zone centrale (19), distante de la première zone centrale (15), durant la première phase et pour ensuite s’effacer de l’espace (20) situé entre la matrice (5) et le poinçon (4).
