Abstract

Procédé de remblayage alterné d’une zone d’extraction pour déchets solides et pâte à très haute teneur en eau. Les étapes de remblayage comprennent : préparez la pâte de déchets solides et la pâte à très haute teneur en eau sur le sol ; avancez la surface de travail d’extraction (3) vers l’avant. Une fois le support hydraulique (5) déplacé, l’air dans le coussin gonflable (10) est progressivement déchargé pour libérer l’espace remblayage, accrochez le sac de remblayage (12) et gonflez-le ; en fonction de la valeur de pression sur la poutre de maçonnerie du toit, les pâtes sont conçues et le remblayage de jointoiement est effectué à la station de pompage de la surface de travail d’extraction (8) ; au fur et à mesure que le travail de remblayage progresse, le coussin gonflable (10) est contracté de manière synchrone.
